Welcome to The Institute of Educational Coaching

Our mission is to enhance the skills and knowledge of our members so that in turn they can enhance the support they provide in their role.

It is our aim to set the standard for coaching in education and other public sector settings, to provide accreditation and guidelines for practice, and to positively support members to develop themselves and others.

Through training, online resources, events and supporting products we offer you everything you need to further enhance support work in your role. In addition we offer guidance and training for those of you wishing to branch out into business as coaches.

Offering three levels of membership allows you to progress as your coaching practice develops.

Basic Membership:
Free access for everyone to our bulletin and updates, accreditation information pack and sample resources. Basic membership is available right now for you to register .

Full Membership:
Once you have registered as a Basic member you will be invited by email to register for the Full member status which will be available in due course. For an annual membership fee, you receive our bulletin and updates, CPD Certificate of Membership for your portfolio, welcome pack, unlimited access to the enhanced membership resource bank with a growing bank of resources for developing your coaching, yourself, and, if you wish, your business. You also get access to the accreditation process leading to Accredited Coach Practitioner and discounts on certain courses and resources through Vision for Learning Ltd.

Premiere Membership:
This level of membership is available as an upgrade for Full members who have gained their accreditation with us. It includes all of the advantages of Full Membership, plus access to resources on the secrets of great training, with resources for trainers of coaching, as well as a host of other benefits for the serious coach and coach trainer. By invitation, Premiere members can work towards becoming Approved Trainers for Vision for Learning and the IEC. You will receive information about this level of membership once you have been awarded your accreditation.
